Taking charge is the number one step one must do in order to start to take your health back. We all have bad habits or habits that work against us. From a medical perspective our health takes a dive soon after our teen years are over– we just don't realize this until much later in life.
With this exercise we embark on a journey with you to take your health back. Dr Espinoza will be your partner in your journey to take care of the only body God will give you on this earth. We will use medications that have been approved by the FDA and some that are in the same category that are mainly used for diabetes management.
The Medications
GLP-1 receptor agonists are medications that “in studies evaluating the use of these medications along with lifestyle changes, people lost up to 7 to 16 percent of their body weight when taken for one year or longer; semaglutide appears to induce greater weight loss than liraglutide.” With this example a person who weighs 200 pounds can expect to lose 32 pounds or more following some simple steps.
As with any medication, side effects are to be expected. The most common ones are gastrointestinal concerns nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. These effects are better tolerated with a gentle increase in dose and on occasions anti nausea medications can be utilized.
The Program will use semaglutide and tirzepatide mailed directly to you as per your requests. The medicine will last you up to two months on the lower doses and then one vial per month for the higher doses.
Cost
There will be an original free 15 minute consultation to ensure you are eligible for the program. In this consultation we will go over your past medical history and family history as well as your medications to reduce the risk of interactions.
The monthly charge will be $75 per patient by recurrent draft as long as you desire to be in the program and receive your medication. Cancel at any time for any reason.
